What Spimbl does
Calendar & RSVPs
Practices, meets, and team events in one calendar, including repeating practice schedules. Families RSVP in a tap, coaches take attendance, and saved locations come with directions.
Messages & team chat
Send announcements to a whole program, a single level, or one practice group. Every level and practice group also has its own chat, plus direct messages when you need them.
Notifications your way
Push, email, and text notifications, with each person choosing which ones they want. Reminders go out automatically before events.
Rosters & practice groups
Team and level rosters with guardian contact info, practice groups that can combine or split levels, and level assignments carried from one season to the next.
Skill tracking
A skill catalog for every level and event, with reference videos. Coaches log each skill as Attempted, Learning, Proficient, or Mastered, and progress toward the next level is always visible.
Physical abilities testing
Fast grid entry for strength and flexibility testing by testing period, with printable reports for coaches and PDF progress reports sent straight to families.
Meets & results
Meet entries, score entry by hand or from a spreadsheet (including Google Drive), team and all-around scores, personal and season bests, routine videos, and award label exports.

Spimbl is a closed app for our own program. There's no public signup, athletes don't have their own logins, and each person only sees what their role allows.
